Pennsylvania 2019 Genreal Spring Turkey Opens April 27 Pennsylvania's 2019 Spring Turkey Opens with Youth hunting  April 20 followed by the general season April 27 through May 31. Bag limit is one bearded bird per season with a general license. Hunters can take a second bird with a special turkey license, which must be purchased before April 27. One turkey per day.
