If you want to hunt antlerless deer in 2019, you need an antlerless deer permit (sometimes called a “doe permit” or “doe tag”). Ohio 2019 Turtle Hunting Season is Open  Ohio 2019 Snapping Turtle & Softshell Turtle season is open July 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017. Only snapping and softshell turtles may be legally taken. Snapping turtles and softshell turtles must have a straight-line carapace length of 11 inches or greater to be taken, and there is no daily limit on the number that may be taken. Cap Reached on Delaware 2019 Surf-Fishing Vehicle Permits  DNREC’s Division of Parks & Recreation announced recently that it has reached its cap of 17,000 Delaware surf-fishing permits, as voted on this year by the state’s Parks and Recreation Advisory Council. With the cap figure attained, no more surf tag permits will be issued until December. The Illinois Department of Natural Resources recently announced applications are being accepted for archery deer hunting on private land this October through the Illinois Recreational Access Program (IRAP).
