Oklahoma Regular 2021-22 Duck Season Opens Oct 09

Archery Opens first weekend in Oct.

Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) biologists say that 2021-22 is expected to be a white-tailed deer season for the books. Last year, the overall white-tailed deer population was estimated to be 5.4 million deer. While that estimate is down from the previous two years. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is expanding the public hunting opportunities available within the Cosumnes River Preserve in southern Sacramento County to include, for the first time, three deer hunts this October. Due to low returns, the Oregon daily bag limits for hatchery summer steelhead will be reduced to one fish per day for the Snake River below Hells Canyon Dam effective Sept. 7. CDFW Closes Lands Through Sept 17 Due to Wildfires

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has closed -- 34 properties that lie within or immediately adjacent to U.S. Forest Service (USFS) boundaries due to extreme fire conditions. Effective immediately, these properties are closed to the public through Friday, Sept. 17.
