Minnesota 2018 Grouse, Partridge Season Opens Sept 15  Minnesota 2018 Ruffed and Spruce Grouse, Hungarian Partridge season opens Sept 15 and runs through Jan 1, 2019. Hunters are asked to voluntarily submit samples for a West Nile virus research project being conducted by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.
