Michigan 2019 Hand-Netting Season Opens March 1  Spring fishing is right around the corner, and that means Michigan’s annual netting seasons are about to get under way. New York Sets 2019-2020 Duck Season Dates  The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) recently announced the results of a two-year scientific study to determine optimal duck hunting seasons for the coming years.
